I wanted to take a moment to let you know of a tremendous job being done by Goldstar Underwriting and Processing.

I received a file late in the stages of the purchase contract (Pies). The borrower was given an extension on the condition of a considerable escrow deposit – $100,000. This was placed in escrow and we started to originate the file. A loan commitment was due on the purchase contract on August 8th or the escrow deposit would be fought over.

I have always loved working here. Thank you for the wonderful environment. I love my co-workers, they are the greatest. Working here is my dawn after darkness.

Thank you again for the tailgating party on Saturday. It was great to see you and everyone else out side of the office setting. I have not worked for a company that shows their appreciation for their employees in quite a long time.
